• SuperLiving / App / Platform: BornToRise Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates.
• User / You: Any individual accessing or using the Services.
• Content: Videos, text, images, expert opinions, and other materials available through the App.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Content posted by users in community or interactive areas.

• These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BornToRise Technologies Private Limited.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

SuperLiving provides lifestyle-focused courses, expert chats, and educational content. All content is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

• Registration may be required for certain features. You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

• You retain ownership of UGC but grant SuperLiving a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
• You are solely responsible for content you submit.
• We may remove objectionable or unlawful content at our discretion.

• Violating laws or regulations
• Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• IP infringement
• Security breaches or malware uploads
• Unauthorized automated access
• Commercial exploitation without consent

All content and trademarks are owned by BornToRise Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices linked within the App.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

All information is for general educational purposes only. Nothing on the App constitutes medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Use of the App does not establish a doctor-patient or professional relationship. Reliance on any content is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount paid for the Service, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BornToRise Technologies Private Limited from claims arising out of your use or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate access at any time. Certain provisions will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Kapurthala, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
